Rules to be followed inside the computer lab

Responsibilities of LAB users:
1. Keep the LAB as clean as possible. Call the cleaner of IIT if necessary to clean the LAB.
2. Don't do anything that can make the LAB dirty (like, eating, throwing waste papers etc).
3. The computers of the LAB are responsibility of the LAB users. Keep your computer clean and take a good care of them.
4. Projector is a valuable and useful equipment of LAB. Take a good care of it.
5. Don't move the tables of the LAB.
6. Don't interchange any part of one computer with another.
7. Don't leave the computers of the LAB turned on while leaving the LAB.
8. LAB is for educational purpose. Use it for educational purpose only.
9. LAB is for IIT guys use. Don't let people from outside of IIT enter the LAB.
10. In case of any hardware related problem, ask LAB in charge for solution.
11. If you are the last one leaving the LAB, make sure that the stuff in charge of the LAB is informed to close the LAB.

I want to arrange a party inside lab with my very close friends who are not from IIT. They would only use the LAB pc for... browsing and downloading purposes.

Well, you can not make rules to stop people from shouting You can only request them, and hope that they will listen it.
